Maja Cafuta

Maja Cafuta is the Head of Operations and one of the three co-founders of Regional Dialogue. Between 2010 and 2011 she coordinated the complex registration process and opening of Regional Dialogue’s branch office in Uzbekistan. She was instrumental in successful negotiations with the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice for the opening of the branch office. Since then, Cafuta has been devoted to the organization’s mission and has tirelessly managed its operation. Cafuta has a BA in Political Science from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, specializing in US-Uzbek relations.
