Jonika Marflak Trontelj, Judge of the Supreme Court of Republic of Slovenia, and Judge Hawley shared their valuable insights on international standards of independent judiciary, training of the judges, improving their training system and disciplinary liability of judges in the EU and US. The conference participants also discussed the prospects of digitalization of the judiciary and the role of information and communication technologies in improving the efficiency of justice.
