Reasoning, Research, and Legal Writing
Reasoning, Research, and Legal Writing

Our 5-day training, lasting from 28 October to 1 November, on Reasoning, Research, and Legal Writing, led by Jennifer Franklin, Professor of Practice at William & Mary Law School, has successfully concluded! Law professors from across Uzbekistan immersed themselves in practical teaching strategies and actively engaged with the IRAC method, refining their approach to teaching legal analysis. The final day was particularly inspiring as participants delivered insightful presentations of sample classes, showcasing their dedication to enhancing legal education. We extend our deepest gratitude to TSUL and the US Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor for their invaluable support in making this program a success!
